The name Reiki comes from the Japanese words -
Rei meaning spiritual and Ki meaning life force.
Reiki aides the body's natural healing abilities and clears your energies, bringing balance to
where you need it the most.​
How does Reiki work?
Reiki is channelled through the my hands which are placed upon or just above the body (you are fully clothed).
The soothing energy flows from the hands into your body's system, clearing blockages and helping to restore your natural state of being, leaving you with a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
It is an extremely relaxing treatment and has many benefits including:

This is a non-invasive treatment, you are fully clothed throughout.
